Late in July a server at Chef Mickey’s filed a lawsuit against Disney Parks and Resorts (“Disney”) as well as her union, the Service Trades Council Union. I managed to get a sneak peek at this year’s Epcot International Food and Wine Festival at Walt Disney World today.  It starts tomorrow October 1, 2010 and runs through November 14, 2010.
