This week, the Disneyland Hotel has opened a new counter service restaurant called Tangaroa Terrace. The restaurant is based on the concept of “casual island dining,” and I can assure you the food fits the island theme and the atmosphere is definitely casual.

Disneyland’s Hungry Bear Restaurant just unveiled a new menu, and I was there to do a Culinary Quest about it.
