I love this time of year at Walt Disney World.  The theme parks and the resorts are decorated for the holidays. The resorts at Walt Disney World transform overnight into their holiday splendor.  We took the opportunity on Thanksgiving to tour many of our favorite resorts.

It’s that time of year when Disney decorates the resorts for the holidays at Walt Disney World.   Many of us look forward yearly to seeing  how the resorts are decorated. This year I was a little disappointed to see that there are fewer decorations than normal.

The Beach Club is a nice resort – it was never one of my favorites, but it also wasn’t the scene of any horrendous experiences. I haven’t stayed here for about 5 or 6 years, but on previous visits I’d stayed on the Concierge floor (as I did for this visit) and always found it to be enjoyable. While nothing awful happened during our 4 day visit, I can’t say that I was overly impressed by the hotel. I walked away feeling that it was nice, but no better than many other upscale (non-Disney) resorts I’ve visited in the past.
