It has been a yearly tradition for the American Idol winner to visit Walt Disney World. The 2011 American Idol winner Scotty McCreery visited Disney’s Hollywood Studios for a parade down Hollywood Boulevard this morning. The crowd was very large and enthusiastic as he came down the street.

If you watch American Idol, you probably have seen the winner proclaiming the fact that they are going to Disney World.  Today was the day that the latest winner of American Idol Lee DeWyze visited Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World. There was a large crowd waiting and watching for the new American Idol.

I was one of the screaming fans at the parade today at Disney’s Hollywood Studios for American Idol’s latest winner Kris Allen.  My daughter was loving every minute of it.  She is a big Kris Allen fan.

The American Idol Experience officially opens February 14, 2009 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in the Walt Disney World resort.  In true Disney style they had a parade to celebrate the attraction.
