Went to Legoland with a 7 and 12 yr old in late Aug 4 yrs ago . It was fabulous. There really is a lot to do and will take a full day . We had a 2 day pass and didn’t go to water park and spent full day first day and about 6 hrs 2nd day redoing highlights . The show is sooo cute and fun ( if same show, lego pirate themed with the shark ) . There was a 3D movie theater that showed 4 different lego movies ( I think they were 20 or 30 min shows ) …my kids loved that and loved loved all the things made of legos …..which is soooo much …..everything from cars to animals to dinosaurs and a giant head of Albert Einstein !!!! Her son would have loved the area where you make your own lego car and race it against other people ….I think we spent a long time there , which was fine cuz it’s inside and AC . John kept saying this looks dangerous, that’s the best pArt ….the kid is actually driving !!! It’s not dangerous I promise …it’s really awesome especially if kids are into legos !!! The areas are themed after popular lego sets . You have the midevil area , animal area , Star Wars , etc…. I remember the midevil area with a cool family coaster and a ride where u ride a lego horse and have a joust that was really fun for my 7 yr old !! I can’t believe John asked if legos were a big thing these days , that’s funny !!! Great show and I hope u review logoland again !!!
