I'd heard some of this before, but the interview is chock full of new information to me--like how the music for the Carousel of Progress needed to span genres. And the bit about Disney's secretary & her advice to let Walt make up his own mind about Julie Andrews sounds just like the man (from all the bios I've read). You've really captured Sherman's storytelling genius here! Great blog, Dave!
