Thanks for the blog Tony! We have not been to CC in years. Tried on our last trip in August, but it was Sunday and they ran breakfast extra long and the family wanted lunch instead. We are like you and eat on the earlier side of the meal times (11:30, 5:30) for exactly the same reason. We don't want to have to wait, which even with a PS or ADR you do wind up waiting when you go later.

Keep the great info coming.

Disney stopped calling their dining reservations "Priority Seatings" just this past week. Now they are calling them...wait for it...Reservations. Ooooo...isn't that innovative? Unfortunately they won't work like real reservations, it's still the same old lousy system of getting the first table after your time slot. Great to hear about CC. We are going to be up there this week and I've never eaten there either and was thinking I should go try it out finally. And the funny thing is, you guys had all the dishes I was thinking sounded good after looking over the menus! The soup looks awesome.

We had a PS for CC when we were there in July but were too tired and broke at the end of the week to keep it! Maybe next time!

And I had to laugh at your family's early eating time. We're the same way. When we first got married, our tradition was to hit IHOP after school on Friday's (I'm a teacher) and we would always joke we were the youngest ones there by at least 35 years!!
