Great interview Dave!!

I have never seen Andrew's shows (although I will keep an eye out on the UK Food Network!), he really does seem to understand what Food and Wine is all about!

Plus the questions and responses were fantastic.

Apart from the bit about Haggis, it made me hungry! :)

Fab interview Dave & Teresa! I watched a few of his episodes in his series early on, and even tho I consider myself to have an adventurous palate, his show was too "bizarre" for me to follow...LOL! This was a fun read tho (=

Dave, this was the best interview ever. It made me feel even more connected to Andrew that he appreciates Walt Disney World. He "gets it". I totally agree with his assessment of why Epcot chooses the foods that they do for Food and Wine. If the food was too obscure and arcane, then none of us would try it. They a do a great job engaging us and creating excitement for that particular country's food.
Again, great job, Dave. Now, I know what you were talking about on Facebook when you said that you had just had a really "bizarre" event occur. Your questions were perfect and led to a great interview!!!!! Awesome!
