Strange that they don't allow drink substitutions. A bit more info: - for each person the meal serves, one ADULT counter-service credit is required (child credits can't be used) - up to three more people can be added to a meal, up to a maximum of six people, adding $8/person for the Tier 1 meal, or $9/person for the Tier 2 meal Thanks Kathy!
